Jalal Jamshidy, born in Herat, Afghanistan, is a dynamic professional with a strong background in community building, youth empowerment, and non-profit development. From an early age, he actively contributed to social initiatives, working as a citizen journalist with the Afghanistan New Generation Organization (2012–2013) and engaging as an active alumnus of the American Council for International Education, where he implemented capacity-building projects in Herat.

Jalal holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Economics and Government & Politics from Utica University in upstate New York. During his studies, he gained valuable experience interning with several congressional candidates, where he honed his skills in policy, finance, and political strategy.

Currently based in Ontario, Canada, Jalal is deeply involved in non-profit organizations focused on supporting the Afghan community. His expertise lies in finance, non-profits, politics, policy development, and project implementation and design. Jalal continues to make impactful contributions by fostering empowerment and driving meaningful change within his community.
