Originally from Kabul, Afghanistan, Atia is deeply passionate about empowering women and supporting marginalized communities. In Afghanistan, she led impactful initiatives, including projects for divorced women and young female entrepreneurs, equipping them with shelter, resources, and tools for financial independence. Since immigrating to Canada in 2019, Atia has completed a project management program at George Brown College and worked with a nonprofit organization in Toronto, assisting newcomers from Afghanistan and Ukraine in integrating into their new communities. With a rich background in project management and community engagement, she is now pursuing her PMP certification to further her professional expertise
